Straplines, taglines and slogans

Straplines Taglines and SlogansStraplines are claimed to be the most effective means of drawing attention to one or more aspects of a product.  A strapline or tagline is a secondary sentence attached to the brand name and is an important extension of the brand.  It’s there to emphasize the corporate image, strengthen and clarify the key message and expresses the company’s idea or purpose.

BBC's Olympics 2008 branding campaign

Jamie Hewlett's Olympic CharactersLast week the BBC launched it’s promotion for its Olympics 2008 coverage.  The campaign is inspired by the contemporary Opera, “Monkey: Journey to the West” which premiered to rave reviews here in Manchester last year as part of the Manchester International Festival.

Bourn Design to work with Early Years Vouchers StpockportBourn Design have been selected to rebrand Early Years Vouchers of Stockport. The project will include the design of the logo, stationery and website plus all on and offline marketing for 2008.
